- Major overhaul to customer flow with respect to all product forms in order to further streamline UX – customers are now only required to fill in a much shorter form providing information on factors that influence the price of the product, rather than being required to fill in a longer form asking questions about their project
- Customers are then given the opportunity to fill in a longer form (the ‘Options’ form) to provide information to us about their proposed project, but are also given several options with respect to how this information is provided, including: Deferring the form for later, requesting a phone call to provide the information verbally, or simply providing the information in-person at the next scheduled session
