• Continual streamlining and improvement of user experience (UX)
• Continual refreshment of user interface (UI)
• Button to pre-fill most fields of the forms with the data from previous orders
• Inclusion of Cancel button for users to cancel their own appointments (instead of having to submit a message through the Contact Form)
• More streamlined, easy-to-access, and conspicuous avenue to request a mix/master revision (instead of using the Contact Form)
• Addition of more intra-site links for even easier intra-site navigation
• Addition of a pathway to upload additional files attached to previous orders that have not yet been fulfilled (e.g., if user forgets to upload a particular necessary file, or would like to add one after point of purchase)
